Hello Storefront ("we," "us," or "our") is a website design service operated by Dylan Harmon, based in Florida, United States. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have any questions, email us at contact@dylanmharmon.com.
What we provide
We design, build, and optionally host one-page websites for local businesses. Our services include:
- Ready-Made Site ($299 one-time): a finished one-page website built for your business, launched on a domain, and yours to keep.
- Care Plan ($29 per month, optional): ongoing hosting, maintenance, and content edits, billed monthly and cancellable at any time.
- Custom Site (quoted individually): larger or multi-page websites built to your specifications at a price agreed in advance.
Previews and approval
We may create a free preview of a website using publicly available information about a business. A preview is a demonstration only, is not a live or official website, and carries no obligation. A site becomes active only after payment and your approval.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The $299 Ready-Made Site fee is a one-time charge. The Care Plan is billed monthly until you cancel. Domain registration fees, if you ask us to purchase a domain on your behalf, are billed separately and passed through at cost.
Ownership
Once you have paid the one-time fee, the content and design of your one-page site are yours. If you cancel the Care Plan, you may take your site files to host elsewhere. We retain the right to reuse general templates, layouts, and code across our services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, photos, or text you supply. You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or traffic. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
